He is absolutely gorgeous! I'm so thrilled to hear everything went well and Jessica, you are a trooper! Jesse was 9lbs. 3 oz and all I kept asking the doctor was when he was going to open his eyes. He finally told me he was too fat! But his eyes opened in 2 or 3 days and they didn't close much after that.

What a beautiful baby - but then just look at his parents!!
I spent some time with Granny today and she was pleased to tell me that David was also 9lb 13oz when he was born and your dad was 9lb 3oz and that her big babies were much easier to take care of than her little babies. Since I also had a big baby, I have to agree with her. And Jessica, I agree that you were and alwys have been a trooper! Congratulations, again!

How beautiful!! Jessica you are definitely a trooper and I am sure Patrick was also even though he had the easier job by far! I agree with Granny and Donna, big babies are easier to take care of, You feel like you won't break them. I am so happy for you both and can't wait to see you all in person.
Love, Debbie
